Where are your products made and where are they shipped from?

All of our Skincare products are manufactured in the U.S.

All of our Makeup products are Made in Canada, with the exception of pencils and mechanical liner pencils made in Germany and skinny brow pencils manufactured in Korea.

And all of our products shipped from our warehouse in Santa Ana, California.

Are the products tested on animals?

The products have not undergone any animal testing.

DO THE PRODUCTS UNDERGO OTHER TESTS?

Yes. Our high performance ingredients also undergo outside clinical-testing on humans to determine the ingredient's effects on specific skin conditions. These include such results as increasing firmness, smoothing the appearance of lines and wrinkles, easing redness, controlling blemishes, long-term hydration and repairing the skin's moisture barrier.

When a 'sensitive skin' recommendation is required, 48-hour irritancy studies or a 30-day Repeat Insult Patch Test conducted by outside dermatologists are performed. In addition, our eye products are ophthalmologist-approved.

ARE THE INGREDIENTS SAFE?

Yes! Our products are made with ingredients that are clinically proven to be safe and effective. We also use only clean, non-toxic formulas that are never tested on animals.

Are your products vegan?

We do not claim our products to be vegan at this time. We use a combination of safe, non-toxic ingredients derived from both nature and science.

Do you offer product samples?

We are not offering product samples at this time but you can sign up and enjoy 20% off for your first order.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE WHILE PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your physician before using these skincare products.

Are your products safe for teenagers?

Our skincare products are formulated for a wide range of ages and skin types. For children under 12, we advise consulting a pediatrician prior to use.

Can I use these Skincare with other products?

The skincare systems are designed to complement each other for the best outcomes, they may be used in conjunction with other anti-blemish treatments or medications.

Can I use these Skincare with other medication?

If you are currently on prescription topical and/or oral treatments, we recommend consult with your physician prior to using this skincare line.

Are your products safe to use if I have Rosacea/ Eczema/ Rashes/ Psoriasis?

We recommend consulting your physician before using our skincare products if you have any of these skin conditions

Are your products safe if I have melasma?

Yes, these skincare products are safe to use if you have melasma. However, it is essential to use sun protection at all times. Ingredients like retinol can make the skin especially sensitive to the sun, which may worsen dark spots if sun protection is not used.

Will your products help with Hormonal Blemishes?

This Acne-Prone Skin System is designed with products that help purify and clarify the skin, targeting blemishes effectively.

I have Dry and Sensitive Skin, am I still a candidate for your products?

Absolutely! If you have sensitive skin, the Dry, Dehydrated Skin System or Sensitive Skin System is designed to be gentle yet effective. To ensure the best experience, we recommend a small patch test before using any product daily.

When should I see results from using VB Beaute Skincare products?

Should I patch test products before apply?

We always recommend performing a self-administered patch test before applying any product to your face or neck. While our formulas are made with clean, non-toxic ingredients that are clinically effective, a patch test can help ensure your skin tolerates the product before adding it to your routine.

To perform a patch test, apply a dime-sized amount of product to a small area of skin that is unlikely to get washed or rubbed away, such as the inside of your arm or the bend of your elbow. A reaction may not occur immediately, so leaving the product on your skin for a few hours or as long as it would usually be on the skin is important. If you experience a skin reaction, wash off the product immediately and discontinue use.

DOES PRODUCTS HAVE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?

While side effects from these skincare products are generally mild and may include dryness or irritation for some users, it’s important to test for any adverse reaction before regular use. Apply the products to a small patch of affected skin during the first three days. It's worth noting that a small group of people may be hypersensitive or allergic to active ingredients found in some of our products. If you are one of those people, it's important to discuss product use with your healthcare provider before use.
