STANDARD SHIPPING
Our Standard Shipping option delivers orders within 5-7 business days from the ship date, with delivery occurring on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Please note that this shipping policy applies to most orders within the continental United States. 
*PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Europe, and Asia may have varying delivery times. If you have any questions or concerns about your shipment, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at sales@vbbeaute.com for assistance.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY? 
We currently ship to US addresses, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as several countries in Europe and Asia. Please note that some countries may have restrictions or additional fees for international shipping. If you're unsure whether we can ship to your location or have any questions about our shipping policies, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at sales@vbbeaute.com. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing VB BEAUTE for your skincare and makeup needs. To ensure the best possible customer experience, we have created the following return and refund policy:
  • Only items purchased on the VB BEAUTE website can be returned to vbbeaute.com for a refund. Items purchased in a retailer store or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
  • Products purchased from vbbeaute.com can be returned to our facility within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned within 30 days of the original order date. Returns made beyond the following time limit will be refused and mailed back to the shipping address on the original order.
  • We require the complete system or bundle to be returned together. Incomplete bundles or kits will not be eligible for a refund.
  • The product is to be returned in the original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all original seals attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return to properly file a refund. The proof of purchase may be the packing slip or a printed copy of the order confirmation.
  • VB BEAUTE reserves the right to deny a product return request and properly dispose any product returned to our facility.
  • Unfortunately, VB BEAUTE cannot accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used products, regardless of the reason.
  • Our skincare products' results are based on self-assessments and dermatologist-testing, active ingredients, that may not always be compatible with all skin types. Everyone's skin is different, and we cannot guarantee our products will work for each individual customer's needs. We do our best to provide extensive information about our products and ingredients so that customers may make informed decisions prior to making their purchase. We also recommend that customers test a small area of skin prior to applying to the entire affected area to ensure no irritation occurs.   • Once the items have been returned and inspected at our facility, a refund will be filed. Please allow 7-14 business days for refunds to be credited back to your original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, meaning that if you decide to return a product, the initial shipping fee you paid when you purchased the item will not be refunded.
In addition, any shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable as well. This includes the cost of shipping the product back to VB BEAUTE.
 Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from VB BEAUTE. This means that if a product is lost or damaged during the return shipping process, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to recover the value of the product.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you have received a damaged item, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our VB BEAUTE Service Team as soon as possible to resolve the issue. In order to best assist you, please submit images of the damaged item along with the original VB BEAUTE packaging, including the box the order was shipped in with the label visible. This will help us to determine the cause of the damage and provide you with the best possible solution.
CANCELLATIONS
We strive to get your order on its way as soon as possible, which means we are unable to intercept or make any changes to an order once it has been placed and processed by our warehouse. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you can return it for a full refund according to our return and refund policy above. Please note that original shipping charges and shipping charges incurred in connection with the return are non-refundable.
SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
Please note: We understand the importance of timely and efficient returns, and we want to assure you that we are doing everything possible to process your return as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be processed once it reaches our facility. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card account, depending on your financial institution. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
